Refund & Cancellation
We take pride in providing high-quality coffee products to our customers. We do not provide refunds for our coffee products except in the case of damage during delivery.
If your coffee product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will require photo evidence of the damage and a description of the issue. Once we confirm the damage, we will either replace the product or issue a refund for the damaged item.
We are unable to provide refunds for any other reason, including but not limited to, customer dissatisfaction with the taste of the coffee, or changes in the order after it has been placed.

Our cancellation policy allows customers to cancel their order free of charge as long as the order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel the order and the customer will be responsible for returning the item(s) in accordance with our return policy.
